Hi!  My name is Pebbles Flintstone #84299 but mom doesn't like it.  I'm a Plott Hound.  I'm as cute as can be.  I'm learning how to sit on my first full day at my foster home.  I like to jump on mom but she's teaching me some manners.  I'm on the skinny side so maybe that's why I'm a little possessive around food--working on that too.  I'm being treated for heartworms but that doesn't mean my love for you won't grow.  For more information, please contact Wake County Animal Center at (919) 212-PETS.  You can always leave a message here on my blog.

Happy Tails Ladybug!  Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. C. and Ladybug.  I met Mrs. C. at Petsmart and secretly hoped I would hear from her again; I had good vibes then and my feelings were confirmed and reinforced when I met Mr. C.

Here is a picture of the lucky lady at her new home and enjoying belly rubs.

I have my sleeping bag, let's go camping!

Relaxing on the couch.

I love this furry, round, bouncy thing!

Treats are my favorite though!  Woof!

I love to run around the yard and chase my foster sis.  Mom says my recall is A+!  No way do I want to miss out on a yummy treat inside!

Bone! Bone!

Ladybug was such a good girl riding around town as I ran my errands. The best errand was going to the feed store. Not only did that little nose get busy with all the wonderful scents, both dogs got spoiled with petting and treats.

Ladybug enjoyed going on errands but I think she enjoyed her treat more.   Luckily, I bought more than one!

Hello! My name is Ladybug!

Ladybug is a sweet adult beagle. She was owner surrender and came in in a sad state. Timid and underweight she has improved greatly. I'm pleased to report she is dog, cat and kid friendly. She is house and crate trained. She rides well in cars.  Bonus, she does not have the typical beagle bark or howl, she's very quiet; so much so that a foster sitter likes the name Cricket for her. I know she would make a wonderful addition to any home, especially an elderly person or an apartment dweller.

She is the perfect little lady, hence Ladybug!
